The studies from Heart Math Institute have revealed that the Heart is the “Bigger Brain.” Imagine our memory originating from a heart-based “Bigger Brain.” What would be the storage capacity, information processing and retaining availability from a “Bigger Brain?”
The Cleveland Clinic sited, “Memory is how your brain processes and stores information so you can access it later. Most memory formation happens in the central part of the brain, (hippocampus) but the process also involves many other connected brain regions. The three main types of memory are short-term, long-term and sensory memory. Several conditions can affect how well your memory works.”
Rational mind memory relies on brain functions and the sustainability or lack of abilities to sustain. Similar to the earlier studies on intelligence, that resulted in an IQ basis measured as an intelligence quotient. Then in the late 1990’s research began to explore Emotional Intelligence.
